Letter from Our CEO Corey J. Evans

Dear Readers,

What a truly remarkable year 2024 was for our community! It was filled with achievements and progress that have made all of us proud.

First and foremost, we concluded the year with our occupancy at an all-time high: just shy of 97%. This milestone is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our entire team, and it reflects the trust and satisfaction of our residents and their families.

Our Health Center renovation and expansion project is well underway, currently in its third phase. Our residents are greatly enjoying their new spaces, which have been enhanced with many new comforts and amenities. The positive feedback we’ve received reaffirms our commitment to continuously improving the living experience for our community members.

Additionally, the construction of our newest Hawk Ridge building continues to progress smoothly. I am happy to share that all eight units in the second-to-last building have been sold, and we anticipate the completion of both construction projects in the summer of 2025. This expansion will allow us to welcome even more residents into our thriving community in the years to come.
